Please see the attached photo to help determine the necessary parts for interior handle replacement. The screw spacing between the handles is 100mm.
Please let me know what options you have available.

Thanks for posting. If the hole spacing is 3-15/16", center-to-center, then a handle set like our 82-030 would work as a substitute--I am afraid we do not sell these inside pulls on their own; apologies for any inconvenience. Note that this kind of damage to an inside pull can be indicative of sliding door tracks and rollers that need maintenance. See the guide listed on this page for details. Thank you for your response. I have placed an order for the 82-030. Is there any other hardware required for the install or can the handle simply be swapped out?
