Looks like you need new glazing bead. We sell a ton of different styles, which you can see here, but I can't determine what you have based on these photos.

I'd be happy to help you narrow down the list of possibilities, but I'll need a clear photo of the end profile. That will require removing a small sample. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly what information we need to get started.

I got a sample. I hope the photos below will assist in identifying glazing size

I am not sure how many do I need, however if I would like to replace all I calculated a total of 16 sticks of 6 feet because I have 8 windows (6 of same size/2 smaller size) will be needed - sketch attached
