Ordered 95-011 : Internal Corner, 1/2" x 1/4", just thinner 3/16??

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what your question is. Can you go into more detail? What was the problem you were having with the 95-011 exactly? Could you also show us a picture of the original corner?

don't have picture of originals. the part i ordered is 1/4" thick so it won't slide in the channel. 3/16" should work. other than that the part looks right. i see you had a 3/16 for a rolled frame?? mine are a extruded aluminum.

Our 95-054 is used for extruded screen frames. The leg is 3/8" by 3/16" thick. Would that be a better choice?
