internal tilt window latch needed

Question

the windows have no markings. I have attached photos of a intact latch and one that has broken.
what is available to repair or replace.

would prefer to not modify a top latch if the parts are available

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches to yours. Please note that the locking tooth on our parts is not curved like your original latches. This may or may not interfere with the operation of the window balances. Take a look and see what you think.
