is there a part to add a key lock to existing handle?

I have the exact same door handle as your part 82-086, except it doesn't have any exterior key lock. I was able to punch out where the key lock would go according to your pictures, but I have been unable to find just the key lock/housing. I'd rather not have to replace the entire door handle if its not necessary. Thanks!
