issues with vetter window

Question

We built in 2003 and builder filed bankruptcy and included us as we have had issues with our Vetter windows since day one so I am hoping you can help us. There is absolutely no information on the windows included in the book that we received from the builder. We need 5 of the latches for our casement windows.

We have a couple locks that may replace this one. I recommend starting with our 38-095 and 38-096. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and let me know how they compare, especially the fork projection. If yours differ in any way, let me know how.
