Question

Does your track cover 1/4" fit over the lip of the 1/2" track or am I needing a 1/2" cover?

I think the 80-102 might be a better choice of track covers. If your track height is 1/2" tall then 80-102 should work on your door. Just make sure you have the clearance on the top of the door track to reinstall the sliding door when job is complete.
