That is the best photo I have of the part. Someone put a screw through the middle of the label.

I can't cross reference the information you've given with a particular part in our inventory, unfortunately. From what I can see from this lock, I don't believe we have a match for it. I'm afraid we don't have a local distributor either. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
