Please help us order new cranks for our old windows in Florida.

Please take a look at our 39-025 operator and match up our mounting hole spacing to your own. Also be sure to match up the size of the gear and link arms. Could this be what you need?

The measurements are good except for the
link arm which is 2.5. Would that still fit?

I think you'll be okay. The way this kind of hardware functions means the link arm should have a little bit of play.
