jalousie glass crank operator

Hi I recently ordered a jalousie glass crank operator.39-346 aside from putting it together wrong and breaking the item, I noticed the part on the arm that gets screwed into the bar that moves the glass pieces is too wide and goes not fit. The one that was one there was about half the width do you have a replacement operator that I could use??
