I believe your operator could be an older version of the 39-025, which was used on Silverline awning windows. The only difference is that the attachment to the linkage in the window is a screw as apposed to an "E" clip. Look over our dimensions, especially the mounting hole locations, to see if it will match up to yours. Also take a look at the related video.
