not sure what brand are these liner but the window lock is stamped with the name Pozzi.
i need to replace a few of these. 3-1/4" x 75-1/2"

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement jamb liners. It looks like you have a wood window, so a local millwork may be able to supply the parts that you need. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
