Hello there. This looks like a Series 220 Coil Balance system. For any system stamped '6', you can use the S220-06 6 pound system. The mounting bracket looks like the 16-031. The pivot bar might be the 26-021, or perhaps the 26-360 or 26-444. Let me know if you have further questions.
