jeld wen inside sliding door brass handle

JW is printed on the handle. the part that is used to open and lock the door has broken and does not snap into the handle frame so I understand I'll need the entire inside handle frame.

Description of the door handle on the order form is as follows:
Handle Set= Dual Point Handle set
Hardware Style= Olympus
Hardware Finish= Polished Brass, Key Options= No Key
