Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't ID this operator from these photos alone. I would need to see it fully removed from the window along with the dimensions. Additionally, we will need to see a clear view of the installation holes, as well as the arms that attach to the internal linkage of the window.

I'm just not sure what you're asking. Are you asking what holds the arm to the linkage?
