Hello! Based on these photos, I would recommend our 79-123 pivot. Let me know what you think.

Does this contain both hinges in one kit?

I do think the 79-123 is the one

I'm glad it matches! The 79-123 comes with everything pictured, in addition to the necessary fasteners.
