key corners have disintegrated

My existing key corners disintegrated when I removed the screen. T

That will make things pretty difficult. Would you be able to remove any version of this corner without breaking it, maybe from an identical screen in the house? If not, can you at least tell me the width and thickness of your screen?

Here are some additional photos. I was able to get one key out intact from another screen as you suggested.

Unfortunately, I don't believe your exact corner key is still available. Take a look at the 95-031 corner to see if you could adapt this to your screen frame. I can't guarantee that it will work, but it's the best option we have.
I'm sorry we can't offer anything closer.
