I attached photo of my sliding door handle set (interior and exterior). I wanted to know if I could use 82-092 lock to add keyed entry.

Hello,

You might be able to use our 82-310 key lock for your original handle but I would like to see a clear photo of the mortise lock in the center of your door to confirm. Thank you!

Yes, the 82-310 is fully compatible with the 82-218 Mortise Lock, which is what you have. Let us know if you have further questions!
