I need 4 spring balancers for cinco windows . the number on the balancer is 2340. the part is 24' long by 5/8"deep

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks very similar to our Series 377 at first glance. This has a 19-018 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up then you should be good to go!

Can you tell me the difference between 2 balances one has the code 2340 and the other has the code 2330 ?

That's a difference in how much weight a pair of balances can support. We actually have a chart on the S377-24 store page that tells you exactly how much weight each option supports.

Two balances with the 2340 option carry a sash weight range of 18 through 23 pounds, but the 2330 carries only 15 through 18.

If you have any doubts that the 2340 stamp on your existing balance is accurate then you need to weigh your sash and refer to that chart to verify the better option.
