Kinco window balance 2840 BSI

Question

I need your help to match my window balance that looke like 29" series 351 chanel balance or 29 series 380 channel balance.
window is a kinco.inc the metal channel is 29"
stamp mark:(2840) BS1.
the top guide looke (19-002) 1/2-1/2-1 1/4 y channel balance shoe winged like (15-001) 1"
I may need the rigth and left complete channel balance including spring,

Thanks for posting. You mention that you have the 15-001 shoe, but that yours is 1" deep. The 15-001 is 1-1/8" deep. Can you clarify? If you have the 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom, then I would recommend our Series 390 channel balance. However, if your shoe is 1" deep, then it is likely our 15-002 instead, in which case I'd recommend our Series 351 balance.
