This is a part of the lower sash window it locks the bottom of the window to the spiral guide and is fastened to the lower sash with one screw at bottom edge of window. I would need 7 sets with crews

please let me know if they are still available

Hey David. You might need a pivot bar like the 26-041, but I can't tell from this damaged piece. If you're unsure, remove an undamaged version and compare, and let me know if this is the pivot bar you need.
