kinko patio door lock

Question

I have a kinko patio door that I need to replace the locking unit. It is a flush mount and is the Mark V series. I would like to replace the whole unit and the part on the wall frame that the locks inserts into.
I have attached a copy of the demisishions as close as I can get.

Please take a look at the 82-002 Sliding Door Handle Set. As for the keeper, it appears to closely resemble our 89-006 Crossly Keeper.
