I'm not sure if we have this exact hinge. I cannot see the whole part in your photo, and I'm not sure what your dimensions are. That said, start with our 32-127 and see if this matches up.

Thank you. We tried to capture the Patent number so you could match it up to exact hinge, that's how we found you to help locate. The Patent is for a hinge that was used on H J Scheirich Company cabinets... 2" is needed, not 3/8". Any chance you can locate it?

Your hinge has a 2" inset compared to the 3/8" inset on the 32-127 hinge? That's massive. You should re-measure. You should also check: does the distance between the screw-holes (2-1/8" for the 32-127) match what you need on your hinge? That's the key dimension.

The patent actually lists surprisingly little information. Patents are proofs of design, not exact schematics. They show things like how to design the hinge, but they do not specify an exact size. Double-check your measurements, and we will look again, if 32-127 doesn't work.
