kitchen draw slide bracket .

Question

My current  kitchen draw is about 20 years old and the rear bracket is broken and the draw fell down. The number on it says 2081/500.

I'm afraid those numbers don't tell us what you have. Can you show me a picture of the bracket in question? Can you also give me the size of the opening that accepts the track? Thanks!
