kitchen hinges

Question

i have 30 yr old hinges on my cabinets that i just had professionaly painted. They look great but some of the hinges need to be replaced that wont shut. I dont know if the Product Code: 32-345 is the exact hinge but it looks close. I think I'm going to order one to compare but is it customary to get all new hinges or just the one's that need replaced?
