knob for anderson window handle

Question

--these knobs tend to unscrew spontaneously, most of my handles are now w/o these knobs

are replacements avail other than the whole handle

would 39-298 work as replacement for handle 39-286

I need 21 knobs,and 8 full handles, or else 21 full handles

funny how all these have disappeared over the years,(four kids)!

Thanks for posting. Yes, you can use the 39-298 to replace the 39-286.

I have one quick question, though. You mention that your handles are unscrewing. Is the whole corkscrew bore coming out with the handle? If so, you will need to replace the operators, as well. That corkscrew bore is not meant to come out and it means the operator is broken, not the handle.
