kraftmaid Soft close replacement hinges

To whom it may concern, I would like to replace my hinges for the soft close type if possible. My cabinets are from 1993 and solid cherry. They have a partial overlay with a half inch reveal. The door is 3/4" thick. The old hinges are 2 1/2" long 1 1/2" wide when closed and 2 3/4" wide when open. The cabinets where made by kraftmaid. Please let me know if you have a workable solution.
