Hi,

Do you have a stock replacement for the item pictured in the attached file.

If so, are you able to sell and mail 20 items to Australia.

Hello Ivan,

We couldn't quite read the dimensions of the nylon housing. We'll need the length, height and width. In the meantime, see if you can use 87-161 as a replacement for your window sash. Thank you.

Thanks Paul,

I've had a look at your suggested PN. 87-161 and at 9/32" it appears to be too narrow. The existing ones are approx 11/32 wide and appear to have been placed into the sliding window bottom frame channel and the channel then deformed to hold the roller assemblies in place.

I'll remove another roller assembly over the weekend and send you a better photo and the requested measurements in fractions of an inch.

Hi Paul, A further thought.. I have reviewed the Swissco online portal for all listed 7/16" flat rollers. If I file the lugs off the top of the housing and remove the panhandle, your PN 87-163 assembly would seem the closest in width and height to what I need. Question - is the overall height between the housing upper lugs to the wheel bottom of PN 87-163 around 15/32". Cheers Ivan

That's not a bad idea. The height of the nylon housing, minus the top lugs, to the bottom of the wheel is 15/32". Could you get that to work?
