This looks like the old security door handle set. I don't think this exact set is made anymore, but if you're handy then you should be able to adapt our 40-049 to work on this door. If you're not, then I recommend contacting a local professional to do the job for you. While I do think it can work, it's not an exact fit and it may take some adaptation to install properly.
