We'd be happy to look into this for you but it sounds like the problem may be with the mortise lock in the center of the door that engages with the keeper shown in your second photo. If so, we would need to see photos of the lock assembly removed from the door to compare to our selection. From there, I believe that there is a good chance that we'll be able to provide a suitable replacement for your repair. Thank you!
