latch actuator non-fit

Attached are photos of my latch and the sash release lever 26-119 for comparison. The dimensions of my latch are 2" x 3/4" (same, but not critical).
The "feet" (one missing) are 1/2" (out to out) where the 26-119 is 1/2" also.
The length of the foot is 5/16" with the "toe notch" at 1/4".
The 26-119 is 7/16" with the "toe notch" at "3/8". The toe notch is where the lever snaps into position (1/4" depth). That is the critical dimension to "snap" the lever into position. The width of the feet is 7/32" where the 26-119 is 1/8".
