latch for Milgard window

Question

I'm having trouble identifying the latch/lock part of some Milgard windows.  They were installed around 2004, can't see any part number anywhere. I'm missing one of the handles of a permanently locked window.

I think this might be either our 38-099 or 38-100, but removing it to confirm would be best. You may need a pro to help you do this if the lock has become jammed.
