Need Replacement two part latch for basement hopper vent window

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your lock, we can go from there. Thank you!

I included a picture of the latch catch portion (middle picture showing bottom of it) as well. Dimensions are:

Latch part: 3" long; screw holes 2-1/2" apart; 1/2" high; latch itself is 1" long

Latch catch is 1/3" high; 1-1/2" long (just need it high enough to catch latch)

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the lock and keeper shown in your photos that match your dimensions. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
