latch identity

Question

I don't know how to post a photo on step 1 but I want to replace a latch on a Fleetwood sliding door, probably 15 years old,SGD 30, series 10001.  the exposed part of the latch is pill or race track shape and 1.2 cm wide x 8 cm tall.  it has one slot (adjustment?)screw in the exposed part and  mounting screws above and below on the edge of the door stile.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what it is you need without seeing it. All you need to do is click on "Choose File," then select the picture wherever it is located on your computer or phone.
