latch replacement part for swing , crank window

A quick learner from East Aurora, NY says:

Latch broke from what appears to be Craftline latch window. Measuremtns are 2 1/4 x 2 3/4 with a raised portion where locking mechanism is)1 inch from outside end. Screw holes are 1 inch apart.
