latch tab for double hung window

Have multiple broken latch tabs couldn't get one out for picture. 038104c d/h slim sash 121801-0 Rt3 window is probably20-25 years old

We can help but we'll need to see your latch removed from your window, along with dimensions, so that we can compare it to our inventory. We would need to see the forks, especially.
