latch and balancer (pivot shoe?)

Question

I attached the label of my window and the parts I need. One is the plastic latch and the second piece is the pivot shoe. I think this is the name. I contacted a a wondow store but they could not find the parts. Where may I find these parts? Thank you. Eduardo

Hello there. That looks like a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance springs or 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Measure your old spring thickness to see what matches best. For the tilt latches, see if the 26-243A and 26-244A match what you have. Let me know if you have further questions about this hardware.
