Thank you for reaching out to us. We have a large selection of locks similar to what you have here. I'll need more information to help track down a match. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? 

Thanks! Our 90-286 has a 1-7/8" hole center spacing, as well as an 11/16" backset. Look over its measurements and see what you think.

This other part you need is called a tilt latch. We only sell two such products with a 2" hole spacing, which are our 26-337 and 26-344. These differ in other aspects, so I'll also share their dimensions below.
