Hello,

Your flush bolt looks very similar to the ones we carry for the commercial doors. Take a look at 79-093 and the related installation video. See if the dimensions match up to yours. Also, take note you'll need to reuse your existing bolt or cut down the long locking bolt on the new lock. Thank you!
