left handed lock for casement window - need replacement lock

no name or numbers however center lock is 1-inch long and the screw to screw is about 3-13/16 inches

I suspect this might be either our 38-095 and 38-096, or maybe our 38-138 and 38-139. A key difference between these locks is the projection of that fork underneath. Compare the dimensions we list for these locks with your old hardware to see if any match up. Let me know what you find.
