legacy 3 interior door handle for sliding glass door

Question

Interior door handle has broken off on my legance3 patio sliding glass door.  The bottom of the two posts that holds the handle on has sheared off.

Thanks for writing in. Confirm that your handle set's hole spacing, or the distance between the centers of the mounting holes on the side of the base, is 4-15/16". If so, see our 82-080 or its keyed variant, the 82-081. Take a look and see what you think. Keep in mind that this type of handle set damage indicates that you may need to take a look at your patio door track and rollers. They may need cleaning, or possibly even replacement.
