one panel is sagging and is dragging on the bottom track. Was told it needs a new pin that will raise the door and lock it in place

If the door is sagging and dragging, you will either have to raise the door by turning the bottom corner threaded pin, (something like our 21-048) or replace it entirely. Also check your guide pins like the 21-049 and 21-058 and see if they are connected and attached to the 21-108 nylon guide.
