Found one unclear marking, either "22 3 TQ CHLDWELL" or "22 3 IQ CHLDWELL"

If you have wings on both the top and the bottom attachments of your balance, and the bottom shoe matches the one in the photo below, you need the Series 385. For your length, you need S385-23.

The option should be 2230. You can verify this by removing your window sash and weighing it. It should weigh between 12 and 19 pounds, if the 2230 option is right for you.
