lever and pull rope maye

Question

Hi,
I am hoping you can help me. Photo 0201 & 0202 is an Anderson window and I just need a new lever or the cover, it is white

The other photos are for a window that will not stay up, the rope is broken, so I have been told. I was told it's an Anderson window but I can't find any markings. I would like a screen for this window too.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I'm not sure if we carry an exact match for your lock but we do carry a few escutcheon style options. Please note that we do not carry the handles separately. Our Escutcheon-style locks include the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. You'll need to review the specifications of each option to see if you might be able to adapt one of them to work for your repair.

It also sounds like you need new balances. There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see your assembly fully removed from the window, including all of the numbers stamped on the assembly. Thank you!
