Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like a Sash Release Lever. Feel free to check out our section of Release Levers here. The most important dimensions are the size of the prongs and the distance between them. See our 26-119 as an example. Compare with your part and see what matches best.

Will that still work even though the top is different?

Yes, even if a sash lever differs in appearance, the most important aspect to focus on is the dimensions of the bottom locking prongs. I cited the part above as an example. But you may want to look at the 26-234 as the prong length seems to be similar to the dimensions you provided. But make sure to double check, and also be sure to compare the distance between the prongs. What do you think?
