The lock on one window seems broken from the inside, on the other it doesn't catch just pops over the latch.
The picture I posted is of a working lock on one of the windows.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement for the lock shown here. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer or supplier of the window. I am very sorry that we can't be of more help; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
