dimensions are:
  • 1/2" Thick
  • 1-1/8" deep
  • 3-3/16" Long
  • 4" long overall(with ears for screws)

I can't quite tell if your lock has a rounded face, but if it does take a look at the 82-218 Mortise Lock and compare it to your original.
