Question

Please help. Window lock lever broke with window locked. Need part number for broken mechanism . Number on window show ANSI Z97.11984 16CFR 1201 II SGCC1308. Would it be also be possible to assist how to unlock the window so i can access the mounting screw for lock

This might be our 38-090, but you'll have to compare to confirm. I'm afraid there's no easy way to remove a casement window lock once it's stuck in the locked position. In our experience, your only hope is to find a way to cut the lock from the window, which is not a small project by any means. I recommend seeking the help of a local professional to come out and do the project for you.
