lock latch on a Wright casement window

Question

Attached is a picture of a lock latch on a Wright casement window. Does this look like product 38-090? Can the handle only be replaced or does it require replacing the entire assembly?

I agree, our 38-090 looks like a good match. I'm afraid we do not sell the handle by itself. I would recommend replacing the complete lock.
