Hello I have a slider door from you and the screen door and some reason I do not have the lock part that does on the side.
I have the sales # as 09217736
Warranty # 39334768
I am looking to just order the part so the slider door stays locked when the glass door is open

Hi there!
It sounds like you're looking for a new mortise lock. Is that right? If so, can you show us a photo of it?

I don't have a photo. There was never one there and my slider does not stay shut. The one shown is the one for the glass slider. I need one for the screen slider

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I'm afraid we didn't manufacture your door so we're not sure what lock you may need. It's not possible for us to ID missing hardware. There are just too many options, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
